I've used Postbox for many years, but as my number of saved emails has accumulated, I need to be able to categorize them individually so this "feature" is increasingly leading me to consider other email software options.Ĭonventional scroll bars - yes, non disabled people can use them without the need for counselling Often I want to tag different emails in the conversation with a different topic tag but this isn't possible. The most annoying feature for me is that selecting a topic for a message will add that topic to the entire message conversation. Displaying just the names of attachments and being able to quickly review them is a big plus. The ability to quickly filter by contact name or by other message characteristics is also very nice. Postbox has powerful search features and searches are rapid, after initial indexing has occurred. The overall interface and design are well-done, which contributes to ease of use. It would be nice to be able to request a feature and receive a response from Postbox staff as to whether there is any possibility of implementation. Overall, my experience has been positive. The lack of read receipt options is also a major let down, and somewhat surprising.Overall good product but with a few annoyances Encryption should be easier to setup, and not to be able to schedule a date and time for specific e-mails to be sent appears to be a glaring omission, as is the inability to insert a signature at the cursor. Suggesting that non-disabled people cannot use conventional scroll bars is insulting, and if I were non-disabled, I would be questioning Postbox Inc's low opinion of me and others like me. 7 of Postbox slow me down, and are unnecessary. Having e-mail addresses from our three domains, two businesses and personal e-mail, makes this a life saver, and something not possible in Oulook 2019.Īs somebody who has cerebral palsy, the scroll bars implemented in v.
